Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in managing receivables and handling cash operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily branch receivables, including processing payments and resolving customer queries.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account-related issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in receivables management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to receivables management.
Maintain accurate records and reports on receivables performance and customer interactions.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in receivables management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Ability to analyze financial data and identify areas for improvement in receivables management.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
