Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch receivables function. Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze and report on key performance indicators, such as collections and credit risk management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Train and guide junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Job Requirements Strong understanding of financial regulations and laws governing the BFSI sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement. Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
