Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Receivable Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in managing receivables and driving business growth. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the branch's receivable portfolio to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debts. Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce receivables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in receivables management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables. Lead and motivate a team of receivables professionals to achieve business objectives. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing and leading a team of professionals.
