Job Description

Job Summary:

The Branch Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the bank branch, maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute daily branch operations including cash transactions, account opening, clearing, fund transfers, and remittances.
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, audit requirements, and internal policies.
Maintain accurate and timely records of all branch transactions and operational reports.
Handle customer queries related to accounts, deposits, loans, and other banking products.
Verify and authorize routine financial transactions as per delegation matrix.
Support the Branch Manager in achieving operational efficiency and service quality standards.
Coordinate with Head Office and other departments for operational or system-related issues.
Manage and monitor branch cash limits, ATM replenishments, and vault operations.

Key Skills :

Strong knowledge of branch banking operations and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in core banking systems and MS Office applications.
