Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Operations and Service Manager, based in Jaipur. The individual will oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth implementation of services, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and manage compliance with banking policies. Responsibilities also include supervising staff, driving operational efficiency, resolving customer queries, and ensuring regulatory adherence. Additionally, the role demands monitoring branch performance and coordinating with various departments to achieve business objectives.

• Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory compliance, and service management
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and team leadership
• Organizational skills and ability to oversee day-to-day operational activities efficiently
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities for process optimization and issue resolution
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on maintaining high standards of customer service
• Proven experience in managing branch operations is preferred, along with knowledge of financial products and services
• A bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an advanced degree or certifications would be an advantage
• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role within Banking or Financial Services is highly desirable
