Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a direct sales team to achieve productivity and sales targets.
Sales & Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive direct sales of life insurance policies, meet and exceed sales targets, and foster a results-driven culture.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, and ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
Operations & Compliance: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and competitor activities, providing regular reports to senior management.
Product & Regulatory Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of life insurance products, direct sales processes, and regulatory requirements.
