BRANCH MANAGER

Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch financial targets, including deposit mobilization, loan disbursement, and recovery. Promote cooperative society services to existing and potential members. Build and maintain relationships with members to enhance trust and customer loyalty. Identify and tap into new market opportunities for branch growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the branch's customer base. Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure high performance and productivity. Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to deliver high-quality service. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to branch targets. Conduct regular meetings with the team to review performance and address challenges. Monitor branch cash flow, inventory, and financial records in alignment with the society’s policies. Implement effective branch control measures to prevent fraud and discrepancies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Manage branch budgets, control expenses, and ensure profitability. Monitor financial transactions and ensure adherence to risk management protocols. Ensure the branch operates in compliance with all regulatory and cooperative society guidelines. Conduct audits and implement corrective measures as needed. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine strategies. Stay updated on industry developments and adapt accordingly. Prepare and present regular performance and operational reports to senior management. Communicate organizational goals and updates to branch staff effectively. Maintain accurate records and reports, and submit them to the head office as required. Stay updated with changes in cooperative banking regulations and policies. Address and resolve member grievances promptly and effectively. Ensure the branch delivers excellent member services and maintains a welcoming environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
