As a counselor at the institute, your role involves: - Counseling the clients to provide them with the necessary guidance and support. - Being responsible for overseeing all functions within the institute to ensure its smooth operation. - Ensuring seamless working of all departments and resolving any client queries efficiently. - Maintaining a database of all current students and potential students for future reference. - Taking care of the overall premises to create a conducive learning environment. Key Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and convince others effectively. - Strong organizational skills and proficient time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Demonstrating creativity and commercial awareness to contribute to the growth of the institute. - Being a multitasker and proactive go-getter to tackle challenges effectively. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience: - Prior experience in academic counseling for at least 1 year is preferred. - Previous management experience for 1 year is also preferred.
