Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager - Tele Sales located in Noida. The Branch Manager - Tele Sales will be responsible for overseeing tele sales operations, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets. They will develop sales strategies, monitor performance, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Experience in B2B sales and tele sales operations
• Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the e-commerce or B2B marketplace industry is a plus
