Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

Handle a team of 100-120 members including co. Sales executives, Marketing Executives, Team Managers, Member Relations, DSAs, and tele callers.
Achieve agreed targets in all channels
Company & Franchisee

Holiday World
Onsite sales at Resorts
Recruit & build the team
Drive the local marketing activities for high quality Lead Generation (prospecting)
Drive BTL promotions for lead generation as well as building brand awareness
Put systems in place for sales processes, member interaction, collections
Manage the branch expense to be in line with given budget
Closing of member issues
Make the team perform to the potential

Preferred candidate profile

Sales experience of 10 to 12 years. Sales experience can be in Telecom, insurance or service sector.

Must have handled direct sales or Franchisee sales operation
Must be exposed in multi tasking performance
