We require Branch Manager :

Steel City Securities Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to handle Stock Broking operations. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our branch, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving business growth within the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily branch operations, including customer service, sales, and administrative duties.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and profitability goals.

· Oversee a team of financial professionals, providing leadership, training, and performance management.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Skills and Qualifications

Core Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Stock Broking products, services, and operations.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance within the Stock Broking industry.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Experience and Expectations

  • Eligibility: Candidates from Financial Sector Especially from Stock Market with a degree in any course. Minimum 2 years of experience.
