Branch Manager

Role & responsibilities

Sree Jayanathan Chits Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or financial services, preferably in chit funds, banking, insurance, loans, or finance sectors. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution skills to expand market presence and achieve growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention across branches in Tamil Nadu.
• Lead, train, and motivate the marketing team to achieve sales and enrollment targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends.
• Manage promotional campaigns, events, and brand-building activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare and present marketing performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Qualification: Any Degree
• Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in chit funds, banking, NBFC, insurance, or finance sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving business growth and sales targets.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel across Tamil Nadu as required for business development.
