Branch Manager- SCM/Logistics

As a Branch Manager in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, your role will involve overseeing operations in the East Zone, specifically in Raipur. You will report to the Zonal Head/Regional Manager and should have at least 10 years of experience in supply chain and logistics operations along with an MBA in Operations or equivalent. In your position, your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing operations across all depots within the East Zone to ensure smooth functioning. - Ensuring 100% stock accuracy and timely inward/outward processes, as well as overseeing last-mile delivery, reverse logistics, and documentation compliance within the stipulated time. - Ensuring all statutory compliances are met as per company and regulatory norms, and leading internal and external audits related to QMS and SHE. - Implementing, monitoring, and enhancing Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS) processes, and ensuring timely closures of all monthly process approvals. - Leading, training, and evaluating depot staff as per training calendars and SOPs, and fostering a performance-oriented culture across the region. - Reviewing MIS reports and dashboards regularly, identifying anomalies, and taking corrective actions proactively. - Generating new business opportunities for the East Zone, maintaining strong liaisons with key clients and internal stakeholders. - Acting as a point of contact for principal companies and key customers, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
