Branch manager

As a Branch Manager at our Mangalore location, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch and ensuring smooth functioning. You will play a key role in implementing company policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and compliance while effectively managing budgets, expenses, and resources. Your focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to achieve student enrollment targets, building and maintaining relationships with potential students, parents, and institutions, and exploring new business opportunities to expand the branch's reach. In this role, you will recruit, train, and supervise the branch team, including counselors and support staff. Monitoring team performance, setting goals, and providing regular feedback will be essential. You will be expected to foster a positive work culture, ensuring high levels of motivation and productivity within the team. Your responsibilities will also include providing high-quality counseling services for students regarding university admissions, visa processes, and career opportunities abroad. Addressing student concerns and offering guidance on study programs, scholarships, and financial planning will be part of your daily tasks. Maintaining strong relationships with international universities, colleges, and other educational institutions, as well as coordinating with embassies, visa offices, and financial institutions for student documentation and applications will be crucial in this role. You will need to ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical practices, while preparing regular reports on performance, revenue, and student conversions. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the study abroad/education sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a sales-driven mindset with business development expertise, knowledge of study abroad destinations, visa processes, and admissions, and the ability to handle student concerns and provide career guidance are key requirements for this role.
