. lead and manage the branch team to achive bussiness and membership goals

. devolop the strategies for the growth in loans depposits and member services

. Build strong community relationship and promoters society services

. Ensure smooth daily operations and regulatory complaints

. Drive team based targets and ensure customer satisfaction

. Recruit train and developed sales managers to drive performance key requirements

. Any Bachelors Degree

. Preference will be given to those who have retired from banks nbfc or Insurance sector

. Provenrack record of 5 years + in sales management

. Excellent leadership and communication skilll

. Willingness to travel extensivevely across the asingned region

. Provision see in English and local language

Job types full time permanent pay 25000 to 35000 per month
