Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Recruit, train, and motivate facilitators to meet and exceed goals.

Manage and support the sales teams.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, staff and Facilitators.

Monitor sales performance.

Prepare and present periodic sales reports to senior management.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.

Proven track record of 5+ years in regional sales management.

Preference will be given to those who have retired from banks, NBFC or Insurance sector.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preference will be given to those who have working experience in banks, NBFC or Insurance sectors.

Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.

Proficiency in English and local language.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
