Branch Manager - Sales Secured Loan

Job Description: As a Branch Manager - Sales Secured Loan in the Sales Secured department, your role involves leading and managing the branch sales team to achieve business targets for Loan Against Property. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading the branch sales team to ensure effective lead management, follow-ups, and conversion of prospects into disbursals. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders to ensure consistent business growth. - Monitoring branch operations, including credit quality, TAT adherence, and customer satisfaction. - Identifying and developing local business opportunities, cross-selling banking products, and enhancing branch profitability. - Coordinating with the credit and operations team for smooth loan processing and timely disbursal.
