Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Hosur. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing staff, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include coordinating with teams, providing leadership, handling customer queries, and ensuring smooth branch functioning.

Qualifications

Experience in branch management, financial services, and customer relationship management
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and financial products/services
Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Proficiency in using banking software and technology
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Prior experience in an NBFC or financial institution is a plus
