Required Branch Manager for an Educational Institute for Karnal Location.

Experience - 8-9 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop potential leads within the assigned area.

Conduct seminars and webinars to showcase the company's offerings and attract prospective clients.

Organize and execute school visits to promote the company's products to students and their families.

Schedule and attend meetings with village sarpanches and local community leaders to introduce the

company's products and services.

Educate potential clients about the benefits and value propositions of the company's offerings.

Follow up on generated leads to convert them into registrations.

Provide personalized guidance and support to prospects through the registration process.

Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of the target audience in the

assigned area.

Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions.

Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role or industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to conduct engaging seminars and webinars.

Experience with community outreach and building relationships with local leaders.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
