Job Title: Branch Manager – PTE/IELTS Division

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Experience: Must have appeared for PTE or IELTS with a minimum score of 80 (PTE) or equivalent high band in IELTS

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our PTE/IELTS training centre in Mohali. The ideal candidate must have personally appeared for PTE or IELTS, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of driving sales and managing branch operations.
This role includes 60% Sales responsibilities and 40% Operations & Academic Management.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development (60%)

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for admissions and course enrollments.
• Conduct counselling sessions with walk-in and telephonic leads to convert them into admissions.
• Develop strategies to increase student enrollment and expand the branch’s market presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and referral partners.
• Monitor competitor activities and propose effective promotional strategies.

Branch Operations & Team Management (40%)

• Oversee day-to-day functioning of the branch, ensuring smooth operations.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate counsellors, trainers, and support staff.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and student satisfaction.
• Maintain discipline, attendance records, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with the academic team to ensure timely classes, mock tests, and student progress reviews.
• Prepare weekly and monthly branch performance reports.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must have personally appeared for PTE/IELTS with a minimum score of 80 in PTE or equivalent high score in IELTS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle targets, drive sales, and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Previous experience in the education, training, or overseas consultancy sector will be an advantage.
