Job Description

Job Title: Branch Manager
Reporting to:
Sate Head
Education / Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Masters degree or relevant certifications ( Degree )
Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in managing branch operations and achieving sales targets.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Experience in Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) or similar financial institutions.
Introduction to Position:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth. This role involves managing a team, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets while maintaining the company's standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Branch Operations:

Manage branch staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Sales and Business Development:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Financial Management:
Monitor branch financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate operational and credit risks within the branch.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
Implement initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
