  • Job Title: Branch Manager

  • Reporting to:

    Sate Head
  • Education / Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Masters degree or relevant certifications ( Degree )
  • Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in managing branch operations and achieving sales targets.
  • Preferred Industry Experience:

  • Experience in Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) or similar financial institutions.
  • Introduction to Position:

    The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth. This role involves managing a team, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets while maintaining the company's standards and policies.

  • Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Financial Management:

  • Monitor branch financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
  • Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate operational and credit risks within the branch.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Customer Service:

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
