* Handling Branch, Authorization of Transactions, Managed a medium Sized Branch,Daily Meeting With HNI Clients.
* CASA acquisition through motivating sales Resource and ops Both .
* Cross Selling of the various Products provided by the bank Like Tpp products,and H.L product.
* Motivating All Branch Staff and Reviewing Daily MIS ,Daily reports .
* Reviewing all the sales related reports on a daily basis.
* Cordinating with the Seniors,colleagues and other departments of the bank.
*Giving proper Training/Guidance to all branch staff to get desired Productivity .Also Ensure Compliance & other Security Protocol.
* Checking the account opening forms &Account Maintenance Instructions. And surprise verification at opened account .
