About Us
We are a growing IT staffing and consulting firm with an established presence in Vizag. To expand our footprint, we are setting up a new branch in Warangal. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager who can lead our Warangal operations, build a strong team, and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities • Training & Transition • Undergo a 3-month training program at our Vizag branch to understand company processes, client handling, and recruitment operations. • Collaborate with the Vizag leadership team to ensure smooth knowledge transfer. • Branch Setup & Operations • Establish and lead the Warangal branch operations from the ground up. • Recruit, train, and mentor a local team of recruiters, HR, and support staff. • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. • Business Development & Client Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (existing and new). • Drive business growth through IT staffing, consulting services, and client acquisition. • Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and service delivery. • Team Leadership & Performance • Set goals, monitor performance, and ensure the Warangal team meets recruitment and revenue targets. • Create a positive and performance-driven work culture. • Coordinate with the Vizag branch and leadership team for alignment of goals. • Reporting & Strategy • Provide regular reports on branch performance, hiring status, and client engagement. • Identify local market opportunities and create strategies for branch growth.Qualifications & Skills • Bachelors degree (MBA/PGDM preferred). • 5+ years of experience in IT staffing, consulting, or HR/recruitment management. • Strong leadership and people management skills. • Proven track record of client acquisition and business growth. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Ability to work independently and set up operations from scratch. • Flexibility to train in Vizag before relocating to Warangal branch.What We Offer • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. • Opportunity to build and lead a new branch. • Growth-oriented career path with leadership exposure. • Supportive leadership team and collaborative work environment.
