Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) | Night Shift (Remote option available) Experience: 8+ years Shifts (24x7 coverage):9:00 AM 5:00 PM5:00 PM – 1:00 AM1:00 AM – 9:00 AM Interview Process:1 Round with Algoscape Systems1 Round with ClientAbout the RoleWe are looking for highly skilled Sr. Site Reliability Engineers / Application Support Engineers to join our production support team. This is a critical role ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of production systems in a 24x7 mission-critical environment. You will be working on modern cloud-native stacks, handling incidents, and supporting microservices at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage production operations for large-scale microservices-based applications.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a 24x7 shift rotation with a focus on uptime and reliability.Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to improve system reliability and reduce operational toil.Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Datadog and other observability tools.Manage and support deployments in AWS and GCP environments.Automate workflows and incident responses using Python, Bash, or Go.Operate and optimize Kubernetes/Docker clusters and associated services.Participate in on-call rotations and ensure incident response & escalation management.Contribute to continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).Must-Have SkillsStrong background in SRE / DevOps / Production Operations.Hands-on experience with Microservices support in production.Proven expertise in AWS & GCP cloud environments.Solid experience with Datadog (monitoring, logging, APM).Strong knowledge of Kubernetes & Docker.Proficiency in scripting (Python / Bash / Go).Experience with CI/CD using GitHub or equivalent.Proven track record in incident management (including 24x7 support rotations).Nice-to-Have SkillsInfrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm).Experience with PagerDuty / Opsgenie for on-call management.Exposure to the Media/Streaming domain.
