Job Description

Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage the branch
and assist staff in generating maximum revenue from the AMC's investment products.
Communicate and educate Channel Partners and distributors
about product advantages.
Conduct regular
presentations, meetings, reviews, and training sessions
to increase participation in revenue generation.
Profile Channels
and assign them targets.
Ensure depth knowledge of
Mutual Funds
among the team and effectively engage with
Distributors, Ultra HNI clients, and Channel Partners
.

Skills & Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of
Mutual Funds
.
Strong ability to
manage a branch and lead a team
.
Proven experience in
communicating and educating Channel Partners and distributors
.
Experience in
profiling channels and assigning targets
.
NISM V A and NISM XXI A certifications
are preferred.
