Job Description

As a candidate for the role, your responsibilities will include: - Conducting morning meetings daily and cascading management circulars & instructions - Controlling expenses within permitted levels - Authenticating all Vouchers & Registers of the branch, after verification - Checking daily transactions and completing Day end - Acting as the custodian of the 1st set of Keys and all documents - Being responsible for custody of Unused cheques and all other important documents - Overseeing all branch business targets & Loan recovery tasks - Monitoring and achieving business targets of the branch - Checking system entries and providing final level authorization - Attending to Customer complaints and grievances - Reporting daily Cash & Bank positions to ROMs - Overseeing remittance of funds and receipt of funds from HO/branches - Submitting BRS to HO in time marking a copy to ROM - Obtaining all statutory licenses in time and ensuring timely renewals - Attending to Alert phone calls from intrusion Alarm hub and taking actions immediately as per guidelines - Verifying and checking Pledged items and checking their purity - Attending to audit queries and rectifications - Maintaining customer database - Overseeing branch administration and maintaining decorum - Conducting business promotion activities & Customer Meetings on a regular basis Qualifications required for this role: - Full-time, Permanent job type - Work location: In person If you are interested in this opportunity, you can reach out to the employer at +91 9778420756.,
