Job Description

Drive LAP business through sourcing of self-employed and salaried customers.
Identify and develop DSA/Channel Partner network for business sourcing.Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.Team Management:Manage and mentor a team of Relationship Managers and Credit Coordinators.Monitor performance, provide training, and drive motivation to meet branch goals.Credit and Risk:Ensure thorough due diligence of files before submitting to credit for sanction.Liaise with credit and legal teams to ensure timely approval and disbursement.Maintain portfolio quality and keep NPAs within defined limits.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle escalations, if any.Ensure adherence to company policies, audit standards, and regulatory norms.Supervise day-to-day branch operations including documentation and reporting.
