The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures, and providing excellent customer service. Tasks will include managing branch financial performance, generating new business, handling customer queries and complaints, developing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency, and leading and motivating staff to meet performance targets. Qualifications Experience in team management, leadership, and motivation Proven skills in financial management and resource allocation Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer issues efficiently Good problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities Knowledge of sales and marketing principles Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies for branch growth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus Show more Show less
