Oversee daily operations of the branch including academic delivery, scheduling, and resource management.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies, processes, and quality standards.
Maintain infrastructure, IT, and facilities to provide a conducive learning environment.
Handle administrative tasks including budgeting, procurement, and reporting.
Drive student enrollment targets through local marketing, outreach, and lead conversion.
Develop and implement branch-level marketing strategies and promotional activities.
Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and local organizations to increase visibility and admissions.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, enrollments, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with academic teams to ensure timely delivery of classes and programs.
Monitor faculty performance and ensure adherence to academic standards.
Collect and act on student and parent feedback to improve service quality.
Recruit, train, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff at the branch.
Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
Prepare and manage the branch budget.
Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Ensure timely fee collection and proper record-keeping.
Ensure high levels of student and parent satisfaction.
Handle escalations and resolve complaints efficiently.
Maintain strong relationships with alumni and local stakeholders.
