Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential students through calls, emails, chats, or walk-ins and provide detailed information about courses and training programs.
Understand the academic and professional goals of prospects to recommend suitable courses.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into enrollments.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update CRM with student interactions, feedback, and enrollment status.
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to align offerings and promotions.
Guide students through the admission process, including payment plans, documentation, and deadlines.
Handle objections, answer queries, and ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
