BRANCH MANAGER- GOLD LOAN

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Gold Loan & Investment operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a high-performing branch team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations in Gold Loan & Investment services.
• Achieve monthly business targets – gold loan disbursement, collections & investment sales.
• Ensure compliance, KYC norms, and smooth audit processes.
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve queries effectively.
• Guide, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain portfolio quality and implement recovery measures.
• Manage branch cash flow, security, and vault operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Finance/Management preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in Gold Loan/Financial Services.
• Strong leadership, sales & people management skills.
• Knowledge of gold valuation, loan process & investment products.
• Target-driven, customer-focused, and good at problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
