Job Description:
Roles and responsibilities:• Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate with leaders within the district to conduct recruitment,induction, and development meetings.• Site Visits: Accompany leaders for site visits, especially during weekends and megacarnivals.• Target Achievement: Ensure the achievement of monthly targets by leaders within thedistrict across all five business parameters.• Promotions and Campaigns: Manage promotions related to projects, offers, campaigns, andschemes across various channels within the district.• Performance Reviews: Conduct periodical reviews and updates on the progress/status ofleaders within the district using relevant reports and dashboards.• Market Intelligence: Collect information on all the latest developments in the plotteddevelopment business within the district.This role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate operations. Thecandidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate and motivate teams, and aproactive approach to achieve business targets. Willingness to work on weekends and festivals is akey requirement for this position.
