In this entry-level role, you will support the operations department by assisting with policy administration, client support, and data management. A willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
Role & responsibilities Assist in policy issuance , renewal , and endorsement processing across various general insurance products. Coordinate with insurance companies for policy documents, quotations, and endorsements. Maintain and update policy records, client data, and MIS reports accurately in the system. Ensure timely follow-up with underwriters, clients, and internal teams for documentation. Verify and organize policy-related documents for audit and compliance requirements. Assist the operations manager in daily administrative and support tasks. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all internal compliance and process standards. Preferred candidate profile Graduate (BBA, BMS, B.Com, BSC, B Tech or equivalent preferred Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong work ethic, initiative, and a desire to learn and grow. Prior experience in the insurance industry or financial services is a plus but not mandatory
