Job Description:

Roles and responsibilities:

 Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate with leaders within the district to conduct recruitment,

induction, and development meetings.

 Site Visits: Accompany leaders for site visits, especially during weekends and mega

carnivals.

 Target Achievement: Ensure the achievement of monthly targets by leaders within the

district across all five business parameters.

 Promotions and Campaigns: Manage promotions related to projects, offers, campaigns, and

schemes across various channels within the district.

 Performance Reviews: Conduct periodical reviews and updates on the progress/status of

leaders within the district using relevant reports and dashboards.

 Market Intelligence: Collect information on all the latest developments in the plotted

development business within the district.

This role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate operations. The

candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate and motivate teams, and a

proactive approach to achieve business targets. Willingness to work on weekends and festivals is a
