Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BFSI, with 5-10 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to regulatory requirements. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives, including sales growth and customer acquisition. Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals, providing guidance on product knowledge and customer service standards. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners. Monitor and control expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality or service delivery. Identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes to increase productivity and efficiency. Job Requirements Strong understanding of BFSI industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams. Proven track record of achieving business objectives through strategic planning and execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building strong relationships with stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
