Job Summary:

Ducat is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead operations at our Gurugram and Noida Extension branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily branch activities, driving admissions and revenue targets, overseeing team performance, and ensuring the delivery of excellent student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall branch operations including sales, counselling, training coordination, and administration.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting admission targets and expanding the student base.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the team of counsellors, trainers, and support staff to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor and ensure the smooth execution of training programs and student support services.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance, student satisfaction, and brand visibility.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with the central team and other branches.
• Manage walk-ins, conversions, inquiries, and ensure a high conversion ratio.
• Conduct regular reviews, prepare performance reports, and share insights with the senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Represent the branch in external meetings, career fairs, and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in branch/center/inside sales management, preferably in the education or training industry.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
• Proficient in handling student grievances, sales closures, and team development.
• Knowledge of IT and technical training courses is a plus.
• Must be comfortable with a 6-day working schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
