JD Branch Manager (HL / LAP)

Position: Branch Manager Home Loans / Loan Against Property

Locations: Eluru, Jaggaiahpeta, Vizianagaram

Qualification: Graduate or above

Experience:

* Minimum 3+ years in Home Loan / LAP sales

* Must have team handling experience

* Strong knowledge of HL/LAP process & portfolio management

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the branch HL/LAP sales team

* Achieve monthly business targets & branch productivity

* Drive DSA / Channel Partner engagement

* Review team performance and provide guidance

* Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy & customer service

* Improve branch-level growth, conversion & portfolio quality

Skills Required:

* Strong leadership & team management

* Excellent communication & negotiation skills

* Deep understanding of HL/LAP products

* Ability to drive business and convert leads

* Good analytical & decision-making ability
