Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the
Digital Agency team
to achieve sales and business targets.
Recruit, train, and motivate digital insurance advisors and partners.
Drive business through digital channels and enhance partner productivity.
Monitor and improve branch performance through data-driven insights.
Collaborate with regional leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and service standards.
Develop new business opportunities through innovative digital engagement strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum
57 years of experience
in
Health or Life Insurance
, preferably in the
Agency or Digital Channel
.
Minimum
12 years of team handling experience
.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
Knowledge of digital tools, online partner management, and remote sales enablement.
