Bombay Mercantile Co-Operative Bank Ltd., a leading Multi-State Scheduled Bank, with 52 branches across 10 states, requires dynamic and experience personnel.

Age: Upto 45 Years

Location: Mumbai

Qualification and Experience:

• Graduate in any Discipline
• 5 Years and above experience in Branch Operations of Public Sector /Private Sector /Regional Rural / Urban Cooperative Banks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of All Banking products, services and policies
• Proven customer service abilities
• Highly effective at cross cultural working
• Detailed understanding of the banking market and customer trends in the Cooperative Sector
• Working knowledge of external competitor activity within banking sector
• Detailed knowledge of competitor products and services within India
• In depth understanding of the internal processes, procedures and internal systems surrounding the end to end supply management of banking products and services
• Champions the client, champions the need of the client and ensures that they deliver in the interest of the client
• Results Oriented, self motivated and driven by the need to be successful, to seek improvement and to meet sales targets
• Team working: Shares best practice, knowledge and experience with team
• Coaching: Observes analyses and feeds back to team members in a way that enables them to jointly develop a performance improvement
