Roles and Responsibilities

Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities and meeting targets.
Develop and execute business plans to drive growth, increase revenue, and expand market share.
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Identify new Business opportunities for expansion into Foreign Exchange (forex).
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of ethics in all actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

3- 6years of experience in banking or finance industry with a focus on sales or business development.
Strong understanding of Forex/Foreign Exchange concepts and regulations.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful strategies for growth.
