Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the branch team to achieve business and membership goals.
· Develop strategies for the growth in loans, deposits, and member services.
· Build strong community relationships and promote society services.
· Ensure smooth daily operations and regulatory compliance.
· Drive team-based targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and develop sales Managers to drive performance.
Key Requirements:
· Any Bachelor’s degree.
· Preference will be given to those who have retired from banks, NBFC or Insurance sector.
· Proven track record of 5+ years in sales management.
· Excellent leadership and communication skills.
· Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
· Proficiency in English and local language.
