Job description
a) Liaisoning with operators in Head Office.
b) Sending PDA to owners through HO once appointment is received.
c) Attending boarding of vessels at berths/COT/Anchorage/SPM etc
d) Arranging custom/ Immigration/PHO boarding, clearance and other port related formalities.
e) Arranging Crew change/ Attending owners representative/superintendent/ Ship class survey/Vetting Inspector etc.
f) Coordinating with shipper / receivers / stevedores / CHA / handling agents etc for smooth operation for ships.
g) Prepare and implement vessel’s operation plan accordingly and with SHIPPERS/RECEIVERS in due consultation with operators/HOD at HEAD office. Ensure Filing of EGM/IGM, processing port clearance etc.
h) Attending berthing meetings in absence of Branch Manager.
i) Updating Head Office, Stevedores & consignee about vessel ETA and berthing prospect.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 120 months
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
