Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Miraj for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving financial targets. Duties include developing business strategies, monitoring performance, managing loan disbursements, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for building relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and promoting the cooperative's services and products.
