As the Branch Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust agency network, brokers, and other distribution partners. Monitoring and enhancing the productivity of sales executives and channel partners will also be a critical aspect of your role. Ensuring smooth branch operations while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements will be essential. You will be required to promote health insurance products in alignment with company strategies and customer needs.
