Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation
:
Drive branch revenue from HNIs (High-Net-Worth Individuals), retail clients, and franchisees
across both the
wealth and broking business
segments, ensuring consistent growth.
Profitability & Asset Gathering
: Ensure overall
branch profitability and business surplus
by leading strategic initiatives for
asset gathering
and efficient resource management.
Product Penetration
: Maximize
product penetration
across a diverse range of offerings, including
equity, F&O (Futures & Options), currency, MF (Mutual Funds), AIF (Alternative Investment Funds), PMS (Portfolio Management Services), and insurance
, to meet varied client needs and capture market share.

Skills

Strong ability to
drive branch revenue
from diverse client segments (HNIs, retail, franchisees).
Expertise in ensuring
branch profitability and business surplus
.
Proven track record in successful
asset gathering
.
Extensive knowledge and experience in achieving broad
product penetration
across financial instruments like equity, F&O, currency, MF, AIF, PMS, and insurance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
In-depth understanding of the wealth and broking industry.
