Roles & responsibilities for

1. State Sales & BD Head for Gujarat, preferably operating from Surat

2. Branch Sales & BD Head for Chennai and Bengaluru.

The State or Branch Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing the complete operations of the business within their designated state or branch. This leadership role demands a strategic and result-oriented professional with a solid background in the electrical (preferably Cable industry) with 15 to 20 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve predetermined sales and collection targets within the assigned territory.
Formulate and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and market share.
Expand and strengthen the distribution network to enhance brand presence and availability.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure optimal execution of sales and service operations.
Guide, monitor and develop the team to meet business goals and foster a high-performance culture.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, influencers, and key stake holders.
Operate as the Profit Centre Head, with full responsibility for revenue, profitability and working capital management.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and adherence to operational and financial discipline.
