Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Head at Manashree Insurance Brokers PVT. LTD. located in Guwahati. The Branch Head will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include strategic planning, process improvement, compliance with regulatory requirements, budget management, and coordinating with other branches and departments.

Qualifications

Leadership and Team Management skills
Experience in Strategic Planning and Process Improvement
Budget Management and Financial Acumen
Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the Insurance sector
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Previous experience in a leadership role within the insurance industry is a plus
