Job: Business Head - Hyderabad

TEAM MANAGEMENT

Handling a Team of 20+ Team Members.
Ensuring that the team achieves their Targets.
Ensuring that the motivation and Attrition of the Team are well under control.
Identifying, developing, and retaining future leaders of the Organization.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Developing and maintaining healthy relationships with the client.
Proposing Customized Integrated Marketing Solutions to Client’s Needs.
Speedy Resolution of Queries and grievances to maximize the satisfaction level of Clients.
REVENUE GENERATION from Existing Clients Achieving Annual Targets through Repeat Business from Existing Clients by proposing innovative and Contemporary Solutions.
Pitching and implementing projects with integrated Digital Ideas.
DELIVERY Ensure all events follow the appropriate client approval protocols.
STRATEGIC PLANNING with Directors to define the way forward of the organization.

EXPERIENCE: 15+ years of experience in the Event Industry

EDUCATION: Preferably Diploma/Degree Holder from EMDI/Marketing MBA from a reputed institute.

OTHER DESIRED ATTRIBUTES:

Excellent communication Skills Experience of Virtual events Knowledge of Events & Activations.
The Right Attitude and enthusiasm to excel Excellent Client Handling Skills.
Ability to cope with High-Stress Environment Innovative/ Market Researcher
