JOB BRIEF

The company is looking for someone having previously worked in ecommerce, Quick commerce & D2C FMCG brand with a strong understanding of various ecommerce portals including WMS and frontend architecture like easyecom, magento and other platforms. The candidate will be instrumental in managing oversight on workings on multiple warehouse sites.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own the broad level KRA for Order Processing, Inventory Management & Warehouse Operations. Across marketplace / D2C the brands.

-Validate and maintain the online listing as per occasions / planned sales executions for the brands and track updates for products, assortment, pricing, and stock levels.

- Manage Stock GRNs / Trends / Procurement and sales to minimize dead-stock

- Define, develop, and constantly optimize to meet the goals and KPIs

- Maintain strong relationships and Operations with Brand teams, 3PL & warehouse Service providers and ecommerce portals representatives to coordinate stock levels, order processing, pending shipments, troubleshooting, and highlighting issues and following up on resolution.

- Analyse and report performance across channels and provide insights to the in-house teams on business performance.

- Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks, manage GRNs, and track returns and damages.

Ø SKILLS REQUIRED:

E Commerce, D2C, Logistics, Order Management, Inventory, Operations, Supply Chain, 3PL Warehousing, Reporting (Excel) & Account Management

Ø Proficiency in Computer skills.

Ø Proficiency in English& Presentable.

Ø Market knowledge.

Ø Communication and negotiation skills.

Ø Time management and planning skills.

Ø Must be Graduate .

9:00 AM till 6:00 PM.

SALARY

DEPENDS ON INTERVIEW & As per Experience.
