Branch Executive

Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day branch operations related to gold loan disbursements and collections. Assess the purity and value of gold ornaments pledged by customers. Maintain accurate customer records, loan documentation, and KYC compliance. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase walk-ins and repeat business. Ensure timely recovery of interest and principal amounts. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and submit to management. Maintain safety and security of pledged gold and cash at the branch. Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI regulations. Requirements: Gender: Male candidates only Age: 20 to 35 years Qualification: Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduates preferred Experience: 0–4 years in gold loan, NBFC, or banking operations preferred Skills: Basic computer and accounting knowledge Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer handling experience Integrity and honesty Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,171.70 - ₹18,037.56 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Preferred) Work Location: In person
